I...’ve been with Francia for about 1yr and some months. And I love everything about her, from her personality, work ethic and most important the lashes. Not only she listens to what I want but also, provides advise on what would look good on me or what she recommends, because im a very indecisive person. And every single time she delivers and I love the end results. Ooo and also her communication is on point from what she recommends to what can your lashes resist or not, to weather she can’t make it or she is going to be late or vice versa, and as well on anything else that needs communication.
