Hello you were charged a cancellation fee as you cancelled your appointment the day before. Your appointment was on a Thursday and you asked to come on Friday. I told you that was ok. I never heard from you. Then you asked to come Saturday when I made you aware I was unavailable you said ok. I apologize for your inconvenience and your experience.
