I remember because when I was late I called you and we talked on the phone. You said you'll let me know what day you cold come it might be that Monday I put you down for, but your not sure, due to your schedule and your job. That's why I didn't refund the money. I thought u still wanted to come. Then after that I didn't hear from you. I didn't remember until I seen your review. Next time please just call or just me, this could have been handled a lot easier and quicker. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Your REFUND has been processed, via the Booksy app just as it was paid. As you see the REFUND was within 24hrs of me seeing the issue.
