You never came to your appointment today, I even extend the time for you to be marked as a no-show before I charged a fee. I am not sure why you would leave something about you waiting for 45mins. The salon was fully open. I believe you was at the wrong store. My gates are never down. (The response to your response) I just read the other part of your review. But, You’ve mistaken my store for another store. My store is not located by the laundromat. Nor do I keep my gates down to my location. It’s located farther away from the laundromat but located on the same side. It’s a lot of stores that are not open in between my store and the laundromat. Also, I’ve worked all day from 8am until 9:30pm yesterday. It’s no way you came into the salon yesterday. I don’t have to lie. Nor would I lie. If I am at fault for something then I am at fault for it and I will own up to it. This could have been a real misunderstanding. But the choice of actions that have been taken Will continue to stand due to the actions you have taken. I hope you find a salon to fit your needs but Potent Transitions is not a great fit for you. I hope you enjoy the rest of the day

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at all. When I arrived there the first thing Aaliyah told me was that her card machine was broken and I ...needed to get cash before she started doing my hair. I booked the service through Booksy so they had my card information on my profile she didn’t need to use her card machine at all, I think the only reason she wanted me to pay her in cash was to avoid paying extra fees. After questioning her, she was rude and very aggressive, she has a cancellation fee and I had a business trip on Monday so I didn’t have the option to find someone else to do my hair on that day which was Saturday afternoon. So, even though I was very upset I went to my bank to get cash, my appointment was scheduled for 3pm and she was doing someone’s hair when I arrived there, she left me waiting until 5 pm and she only finished doing my hair at 6:45pm, so I spend almost 4 hours to get my hair done. Overall my hair was great, I really liked the outcome but I won’t do my hair with her again, I think she could informed me before about only taking cash for me it was very unprofessional and an unpleasant experience. Hey love, I am saddened to hear this review. Unfortunately you wouldn't understand Booksy on a professional level but there are different account levels. I have my own pos system. It broke the client before you. I apologize if you felt me ask you to go retrieve the money before serving you was me being rude. But I think it would be fair that you would handle that before I service you. So you can pay me after the service. Also, I know my salon is different but it takes time for your hair to be properly treated. Besides the negative was stated, I am glad you like the outcome of your hair. But I really hope you find a salon that benefits your needs. You have a great day.
