Somatic Massage Therapy & Spa worked me wonderfully! Cameron responded to my request for an electrolymphatic drainage therapist [WELLNESS] quite quick...ly. Cameron is one of the few electrolymphatic drainage therapists who handle holistic wellness matters professionally. He was punctual and on point with the sessions. Furthermore, he has the most impeccable touch in the game. He knows about human anatomy and is also a good converser. Not only did he respond quickly to my concerns, but he also made sure I was happy with the session that he administered and the progress that he made. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who desires or needs an electrolymphatic drainage therapist for their own well-being... Thanks a lot, Cameron! Kuddos to you...... Show more
Just called to see if I could book an appointment for a deep tissue massage and I was met with an attitude instead of someone that actually is a busin...ess owner and knows how to handle and deal with customers and potential costumers. I would have preferred to book online but on their site it says in big bold letters "CALL TO BOOK" so there is that. Show more

Somatic massage therapy & Spa , is the place you need to be after a long days work , tired body ,stressful environment..... I had a full body / deep t...issue massage today and I feel so rejuvenated, relaxed, stress-free .. among other Spas .... They are one of the most professional and friendly staff.. I had booked a 45 minutes massage and only received 30 minutes. Why I asked, well apparently your checkin time and undress time is included in that. H...ow is that fair? You paid for 45 minutes. Beware of getting short changed here Show more

I’ve been a member for 8 or 9 months now. I’ll say this, I didn’t think I’d keep being a member past the winter but here I am and it’s June. As a mom ...and care giver Somatic makes me feel whole and it’s the one session a month I look forward to knowing it’s my appointment day. Their therapists and estheticians are skilled, knowledgeable and so helpful. Really is a therapeutic experience that is rejuvenating and restorative. Show more
I loved this place pre COVID but now they're disorganized. I requested an in home massage and specified that I wanted the masseur to wear a mask. At t...he last moment on the day of the massage I got a call that the masseur didn't want to wear a mask. I requested someone else and the appointment was rescheduled for two weeks later. No one showed up on the day of. There seems to be a lack of communication between scheduler and masseuse. Additionally I had an in office visit and the masseur Angela was so rough that I was in pain for two days afterwards. I even mentioned that I was in pain during the massage and she kept massaging the same area. She also tried to shortchange me on the time allotted because I was late but after I insisted that she cut the session short by only the minutes I was late she relented for a few more minutes. When I mentioned this to the front desk they patronized me by telling me she may have decided to do this because I didn't need more than 20 minutes. I had also requested that she wear a mask when scheduling. She seemed surprised when I requested it at the time of the massage and wore it under her nose the entire time. Everyone here is personable but they have no idea how to treat customers in terms of service and seem to have no idea on how to manage staff. Show more
