Sorry you feel this way, but we have screenshots that we've texted you, also we've spoke on the phone stating that we no longer use booksy and directing you to use the booking link instead because we're transitioning. You stated that that's no problem and you'll book on the link but instead you bash my business because you didn't want to pay the $25 booking fee.
