The service was decent. The environment wasn’t the most welcoming and the music was so loud it felt like I was in the club. My hair came out just a li...ttle better than ok. She had a date so she rushed the service and I had to redirect her a few times on how to apply my product in my hair appropriately. The pricing on the page also does not reflect the appropriate services in the shop. In total I paid 180.00 for plats and that does not include a shampoo and condition. Thankfully my hair was clean and ready for the service. Her booking schedule was flexible which is great but I don’t think I’d be a regular client due to the delivery of service. She was also working on a computer while doing my hair which definitely interfered with my service. Her reviews must be from friends because any respectable hair stylist wouldn’t behaved like her. Follow up : she texted me. She’s so unprofessional. I left two stars now it’s one but honestly should be 0. She struggled with the feedback and lashed out. I included her crazy attack in the photo. I definitely will not be back. I had to block her. BEWARE Show more
