The service was decent. The environment wasn’t the most welcoming and the music was so loud it felt like I was in the club. My hair came out just a li...ttle better than ok. She had a date so she rushed the service and I had to redirect her a few times on how to apply my product in my hair appropriately. The pricing on the page also does not reflect the appropriate services in the shop. In total I paid 180.00 for plats and that does not include a shampoo and condition. Thankfully my hair was clean and ready for the service. Her booking schedule was flexible which is great but I don’t think I’d be a regular client due to the delivery of service. She was also working on a computer while doing my hair which definitely interfered with my service. Her reviews must be from friends because any respectable hair stylist wouldn’t behaved like her. Follow up : she texted me. She’s so unprofessional. I left two stars now it’s one but honestly should be 0. She struggled with the feedback and lashed out. I included her crazy attack in the photo. I definitely will not be back. I had to block her. BEWARE Show more

I blocked this dude immediately on this app and my personal phone. This MAN walked into my shop with a full face of makeup so it’s weird that he wants to give makeup tips. This is a barbershop not a beauty salon and his comments only reflect what his terrible attitude was when he walked in the door. He was taking down his braids from what someone else did the day before so he clearly is a problematic client. I did absolutely everything he asked, as ridiculous as those requests were. He purposely chose the wrong service on the app ($80) and got away with a $300+ service by paying only $180, because I was so kind enough to give him a large discount. It’s unfortunate that someone like him can make lies on this app about what happened because he was having a bad day. He’s def a troll, I did an amazing job on his hair, he refused to let me take a picture of which is standard procedure. My 100% five star reviews, years of experience & excellent client satisfaction speak for me.
