I made an appointment for a pedicure, and when I arrived they sat in a chair with water for 20 minutes, then came and told me they were short staffed,... and could I come back in the afternoon. They offered 20% off the service, which seemed woefully inadequate to me, given that I had traveled there, paid to park, and wasted 20 minutes. I won’t be back. Show more

I was very unhappy with my experience today. I have been multiples times before but my nail technician was too rough, pulling my arms, digging nails i...nto cuticles and rushing. The top coat is very streaky and she left before I was even finished and gave me to someone else to finish. She was also very unhelpful finding a color match to what I was looking for. Show more
