The place was nice and clean. I loved how my hair came out but I can’t give it a 5 star because I didn’t like my initial experience. I really wanted ...to love this place but unfortunately not the case. I waited 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or asking if they could help me or what I was there for. The person I had an appointment with then walked in and just said hello. Not a “have you been helped”or “can I help you” Nothing. I could hear people laughing and talking in the back yet no one came to check who was sitting in there lobby. I waited another 10 mins and I was ready to leave when I had to ask who the person was that I had my appointment with was. Only then was I helped. Show more
