Unfortunately I was not attended. I booked an appt for 10am for a simple haircut. My hair is very short. I had to wait 20 min because they were late ,... they arrived at about 10:20 am. The stylist Ivelisse texted me she was on her way but once She arrived she told me that the other stylist that was going to cut my hair had not arrived yet . She told me she was going to text her. Then she told me that the girl was not coming because she worked in the hospital and could not get out of work. Then she told me that that girl only worked from thursday to saturday only and only on ocasions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Today is Tuesday!!! Then she says that she does not cut short hair only long hair. So why do you let anyone book on Booksy for hair cut if you do not attend everyone and your staff is not avalaible every day? I wasted my time driving half an hour and with traffic for nothing. Then she excuses herself but this could all be prevented beforehand by being organized. Show more

No iba a escribir esto. Pero me ha dañado el pelo ya por segunda vez. Tengan cuidado. Boba fui yo que volví por darle oportunidad. La primera vez fue ...en septiembre de este año 2024, para la propuesta de mi matrimonio 🫠 y me iba a de vacaciones esa misma semana. Le dije que me iba a poner extensiones, le enseñe el color y me lo dejó gris blanco y mi pelo no era gris blanco. Yo solo fui para retoque de los tips. La segunda vez fue ayer, diciembre 2024. Voy para keratina y corte. Dije solo puntas, hablando por el celular mientras me recortaba y me corto el pelo demasiado y es la fiesta de mi baby shower el 27 de este mes. No solo el pelo atrás, si no la pollina tan fea y corta que me la dejo, no vuelvo jamás allí. La pollina no se ve bien ni de frente ni de lado. No se ni que hacer. Está el antes y después en fotos para que vean. Pues solo le pedí puntas. También la cita es a las 10 am ejemplo y tiene como a 3 para la misma hora. Esperas porque te enjuaguen el pelo casi 2 horas. Y así hasta terminar. Show more
