I get my hair done here a lot but there are two women who work here are so rude. Also I was overcharged paid $250 for some short ass Kinky but the sit...e says $160. My edges are extremely tight and the hair is stiff. This is my second time getting kinky twist and they just can’t get it right. You might as well take it off the website since yall clearly don’t know how to do them. ALSO WHY ARE YALL CONSTANTLY CHANGING THE PRICE WHEN I COME IN TO GET MY HAIR DONE. THIS IS SCAMMING. Show more

The braiding quality is nice, which is why I gave 3 stars. I think the boss did not communicate what I wanted to the braider. However, I did provide t...he braider with the picture as well and said just like the photo. I also think maybe they didn't have enought of the color I got But, my style was not the length I asked for. I paid for waist length and I'm leaving with shoulder length hair. I didn't notice in time and on top of that my braider wasn't feeling well so I didn't complain but I am definitely disappointed because I really wanted my hair to look like the picture I provided. My hair turned out very nice. It took a little longer than i expected, but the results are worthwhile. Augustine (the owner, i believe) and the rest ...of the braiders were very nice. There was a slight discrepancy with pricing, but that was resolved. Their prices overall are reasonable. I'll definitely be scheduling with them again in the near future. Show more
