WE DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES. Clients are to show up at their scheduled appointment time . PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EARLIER unless discussed prior to your appointment with your stylist. You have a 10 minute grace period . There is a $15 late fee after 10 minutes. After 15 minutes your appointment will be terminated.
