The nails look good but only for a day or 2. Two of my nails broke in the first week. The first one was fixed but after another one broke a day later,... I decided not to go back again. 4 of my nails cracked as well. The nails are very thin because of all the filling and my own nails are damaged. The nails is very flimsy and not good quality. I wish I took a photo but there was no time before our holiday, as I needed to pay someone else to do it again. It's very sad to write this review but I want people to know what they will get before booking. Answer to response: Thank you for the wishes, I appreciate it. But it is so amazing how you send this nice message where all your clients can see it but not to respond to my WhatsApp when the second nail broke. Please do not use my pregnancy and my hormones to make you look good or better because it is not a plausible cause or an issue. That is just wrong from your side. I have been to people that use the same product and never had a problem. I also did Nelle at another salon just after you did my (broken) nails this December and it's still perfect. I did not say it is the product, people can use the same product but if the application of the product is wrong or not good enough, it will not last. You need to look at your staff, not the product. I did nails for 4 years so I know what I'm talking about. I just can't believe that you are using my pregnancy as an excuse. It's something to laugh about really. But thanks for replying, I hope you can just look at your application for future clients, as there was a client that came for a repair while I was there the first time. It is possible that hormonal changes, and some supplements during pregnancy May affect the durability of the nails depending on the product used and the client’s nail bed. sometimes the product becomes incompatible to the nails. We would be honored to do another set for you for free afterbirth, if it is fine with you , but if not its okay. we do appreciate your feedback, and we believe this will definitely help us improve on our services.
