:( Im a bit sad and dissapointed. Im always keen to support local in any way. But this salon is really sub standard. A fee small changes can really up... your ratings ⭐⭐⭐ My appointment was at 9:00. I phoned at 8:53 to find out If I was at the correct adress. The nail tech friendly advised that she is still on her way. The salon and adress is not marked clearly, the parking uncomfortable and the erf looks delapetated. Eventulay when she arrived, the alarm didnt switch off. And kept on going off when there was movement. The salon is located at the back of a property and it could really do with some TLC. We started late, wich made me late for another appointment. Hence my booking for a spa gel pedi did not happen. There was no time to do a full pedi. Only a foot sanding and gel. The nail tech could really do with a more professional look to fit in with the theme of a modern day, clean, fresh enivornment. Never the less. Im happy with my gel toes. Tip to the owners: the outside, inside and staff could really do with a GOOD spring clean. Show more

I had a very bad experience, I didn’t get what I wanted not even close to what I expected. And worse part is that I communicated with the lady (Lily) ...n send her a pic of what I wanted n said she can even do better than what I wanted. When I got there she told me she doesn’t have a colour that I wanted, she couldn’t do the design I wanted, she can’t do art, even a simple leopard print. Now m stuck with this nails even the stones I opted for bcos my nails were just plain n she couldn’t do any art, the stones are coming out🙆🏽‍♀️🙆🏽‍♀️🙆🏽‍♀️🙆🏽‍♀️ I feel like screaming 😱 n I paid a full amount for something I don’t like😭😭😭😭 M never going back there shame🤞🏽I drove all the way from Soshanguve thinking m gonna get the best. I love my 💅🏻 nails and I really enjoyed my pedicure. One of the few places in Pretoria East that are so clean and uses the best product, no breaking...,no chipping and lifting. The environment is super relaxing and the nail tech was amazing. She is very attentive to detail and friendly. I love the professional service I received and I enjoyed every minute of my pedicure, on their electronic back massage chair and a complementary jacuzzi wash. I found my little haven and will definitely be coming back ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️💅🏻 Show more
