I clearly advised and disscussed with you that, given this damage, only a short, light set of extensions would be suitable to protect your lash health and ensure correct retention. You insisted on a fuller set, which I cautioned might not hold well due to the condition of your lashes. Despite my best efforts to accommodate your request, the outcome was unfortunately as I had warned, due to the compromised state of your natural lashes. Regarding communication, I was on scheduled time off for a few days, which delayed my response. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
