Student Special Combo

Very bad customer experience, my appointment was suppose to start at 8 am. Just after 8am, the manager phoned me and said she’ll open the gate. After ...20 mins of waiting, nobody opened. Eventually the manager phoned back saying there was a misunderstanding. Very unprofessional. Love the way Abbey does my nails, but wil never go back because of how they handle the situation. I was there for a nail appointment on the Thursday and made an appointment with Abby for the Friday as well. Had a lovely experience on the first appo...intment. Unfortunately, when arriving at the salon on the Friday they just didn’t bother to open the gate🤷🏼‍♀️after ringing the bell, phoning, hooting numerous times ( waiting for 15min) I left. Very disappointed to say the least. Show more
Volume lashes Lash Removal

I do not recommend this salon for volume lashes. I had a very bad experience, I don’t think the technician is qualified, way to many fans were added t...o a lash and copious amounts of glue was used ( see attached photo). I did complain to them directly and they asked that I come in again to have it fixed. However I declined for obvious reasons and asked for a refund after that I’ve been ghosted. Show more

Truly the unfriendliest service I have ever received!! Abby did not even speak 3 words to me the entire 2 hours I was there. At the end of my appointm...ent, another client showed up and suddenly she started rushing to finish with me. After 5 days my topcoat started chipping and I had to go back, again the same story. On top of everything my nails aren't the same length, which for a perfectionist, drives me through the roof. Neat salon will never see me again and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone!! I sent my husband here for a little pamper session to kick off his birthday. I had informed the salon of his name in the notes but he told me that nob...ody had taken note, almost as if they were confused as to why he was there. The bigger deal was unfortunately, the technician did file a few of his cuticles and he complained of the painful burning sensation that accompanies that when product was applied and when he had to cure under the LED. He was definitely happy with the end result but not all the way happy with the journey there. Show more

I booked for a deluxe pedicure. I asked for an additional toe fix during the treatment. I am very pleased with the outcome of my toenails. The pedicur...e itself however felt a bit rushed and was completed 15minutes early. I primarily went for the pedicure experience to relax and would have liked more pedicure/massage. Show more
