My first visit there and i am extremely disappointed with the service i received 😠. I booked the full service package but up on arrival i was told to... seat down but no one asked me if i have a appointment or anything. After waiting for little bit i said to them i have booked appointment and showed them the booking confirmation. Then was told to wait as the person i was booked with is cutting someone else's hair and 20 mins later i got called to the chair. I showed them this is package i booked but i was told that was wrong and the price for that package is why more then what it was Advertised on Booksy. The attitude of workers was awful as if they didn’t care about my custom. I will NOT be returning back Show more
