Honestly couldn’t recommend Paddy enough. He’s been a massiveee help in dealing with injuries, niggles & overall maintenance this past year whilst tra...ining for a marathon & hyrox. From not being able to walk or even move without being in pain to training again within 3 days is just one example of how much his knowledge & rehab exercises etc have helped me this year. Going to paddy for a good while now. Between injuries and just mots to keep the body right. Last 7 months training for Hyrox and Paddy is always there... with lots of knowledge on everything asked, and if injured explains eveeything in detail and if you do your homework when you leave you reap the rewards. Always made to feel welcome, comfortable and leave feeling better than when you came in. Best in the business. Show more
