Love this place just a 5min drive from home it great to relax in after a tough week at work, the lovely fresh wood smell of the sauna til the warm bub...bly jacuzzi🤗 they also have an icebath🥶 (too chicken to try) though but maybe some day I'll grab the nerve to jump right in.. they have recovery boots for aching legs. There is bluetooth sound core to play music🎶 to add to your relaxation. With 2 bathrooms to change clothes and shower 🚿after your session well worth coming back too... I made a mixup with my booking but total recovery were very helpful and understanding and arranged my appointment for a later time... The recovery sui...te was perfect in every way... Loved the fresh pine smell of the sauna. The jacuzzi was first for me.. absolutely loved it... Plunge pool was too cold for me but my wife got the benefit of it... With Bluetooth speaker where we could listen to our own choice of music was the icing of the cake... Total recovery suite is a relaxing piece of heaven.. Show more
