The cut is uneven and there are steps in it, there is a MASSIVE difference between the length in the front and back AND the left and right, thr front ...being mostly untouched. The "tidying" around ears is also uneven. My initial request of "quite short" was met with reluctance so I demonstrated the length. After a second attempt at "can you take quite a bit more off" resulted in next to nothing being cut, i resigned myself to going somewhere else to get it fixed. Nothing was said at time because I had already decided i wasn't going back and £15 is not worth an argument. Show more
