I felt that I needed a massage to try and force my nervous system to relax after a prolonged injury. I don't particularly enjoy massage but can apprec...iate the benefits. This was my first visit and the building was very nicely refurbished, clean and fresh. Katie's room is lovely and calming and clean. The massage was exactly what I was looking for, and exactly what I asked for, the pressure was great and I was able to relax more than I expected. While I'd prefer not to go back, I would if I ever felt like I needed to. I have already recommended KB to others who do enjoy massages and will continue to do so.
