I was a little apprehensive about the treatment having never had a sports massage before but Alanna put me at ease with her explanation of the movemen...ts and actions within the treatment. I found the movements both deep and powerful and also challenging but as explained by Alannah this was to be expected. The cupping used in the treatment was an unusual experience. Clean, pleasant and warm atmosphere. Alannah did a fantastic job investigating my issues. Working on my back with a sports massage finding many very t...ight spots, it hurt but eventually I was feeling those knots releasing and easing up. In the end I felt drained, shattered but loose. I’m looking forward to the results of the massage in 48 hours time. I’m definitely going to back again to re-work those areas so I can be supple and fluid in my movements. This is an amazing experience and service. For my birthday, I was given a deep body massage voucher for Growth Fitness Therapy. It has been a while s...ince I had had any treatment, so was looking forward to pampering myself, … and I was not disappointed. This is an excellent 5 star treatment, which was both relaxing and engaging. The session was also very educational. I was able to ask a number of questions and came away understanding a little bit more about how the body works and how to take care of myself. I’m planning to make this part of my regular self help wellbeing routine and will try some of the other services they provide.
