Hi Georgia, I am awfully sorry to read such a terrible review after your Russian lash appointment - I’d like to take the opportunity to respond to give a fair overview of this. Firstly your allocated appointment time is 1.5-2 hours and your service started at 1:30pm and finished at 3pm. I have a photo of your finish lashes with a time stamp of this and showing that your lashes looked great at the end of your appointment. As for you being unhappy with your service I wish you had taken the opportunity to mention this at the end of your appointment (instead of saying you were very happy) and/or messaging me following instead of heading straight to leave an awful review tarnishing not only myself but unfairly the other staff at the salon over a week after you appointment. I can absolutely assure you if you had come directly to myself or the team we could have rectified your issue without hesitation. Many thanks for your feedback Georgia.
