Wash & blow dry with olaplex treatment

Disaster from start until finish. Unfortunately I calculated the drive time at night but when i left for my appointment the satnav added an extra 20 ...mins so i called to say I'd be late and was willing to forego the Olaplex treatment and continue with the cut & blow-dry. I was told it was ok as the customer after me would still allow time. The lady doing my hair said she'd get a senior stylist to do the cut as she hasn't done what i wanted before but that she'll do the treatment. This was fine. When doing my hair at the sink she was not careful with the water temp which she kept switching from too hot to too cold, i had to tell her the temp of water on her hands feels different to the scalp. This kept continuing until it got to the point i told her to just STOP and i wasnt willing to continue this anymore. She even pulled my hair which i had to speak to her about too. It was ridiculous. The senior stylist was explaining to her how to cut my hair but I interupted saying i didn't want it cut by someone whose already told me she'd never done it before. She agreed she'd do it. I explained what length i wanted the front to be and how i wanted a sharp slanted bob, however despite being clear in my communication and her repeating that she understood the front length to be down to my collarbone she cut my hair to a little below my chin and didn't have the sharp angle. I told her this was not what I asked for, she said she knows but was doing her best in a very stressful situation. My hair was cut about 8cm too short! and nowhere near my collarbone. She did compensate me, however as I was leaving I offered her a tip and asked her to take £3.50 for herself out of the £10 I had, she said no but i said it was for herself. She was clearly dealing with a lot of issue's which weren't in her control nor her fault, however she took the full £10, put it in her pocket and said thanks and that was it. By this time i had dealt with one hairdresser who was too incompetent to get the water temp comfortable throughout the Olaplex treatment, had my hair pulled, my refusing for her to be left to cut my hair when she'd already said she'd never done it before, the senior stylist who cut my hair 8cm too short, 3 members of staff blocking my movements instead of being observant and moving out of my way to let me through, to then having an additional £6.50 tip being pocketed without my consent. By that time I just gave up and left. I've added a photo to show how my hair doesn't reach anywhere near my collarbone. I'm so upset that i feel like crying especially as I'd had a long conversation explaining how other hairdressers didn't listen to me about the length only for the senior stylist to then not listen to me and take £10 tip instead of £3.50. I don't understand why the stylist would think i would tip £10 for a hair cut i didn't want nor asked for. Show more

Im sorry you feel this way. We are actually shut in a Sunday which is why no one answered the phone. I also remember you previously making multiple appointments in the same day and not answering your phone to confirm appointments and switching your phone of when we made contact we also waited past our opening time for you and you failed to show up so bit of an unfair review when we go above and beyond for our our clients. And I have proof.
