Even before we attended the appointment for our son who has had issues with having his hair cut before Caroline put us at ease on Facebook messenger! ...On arrival she was welcoming and spent time interacting with our son to make his experience the best possible, he for the first time in a year sat in a chair and had his hair cut without needing one of us sitting with him holding him and we are so thankful and impressed with how well his hair turned out so a huge thank you to Blade and Caroline who saw our son today!
