Such a lovely person, really puts you at ease from the moment you walk through the door. Super clean and inviting anesthetically. Leanna, talked me th...rough everything she was doing, the benefits etc. Really felt like honest advice especially when asked about other treatments. Could of told me anything in the hope id book, but was completely honest in treatments going forward id like ( example as id said about lip disolve and start again....leanna could of done this more money for her but actually examined my lips and suggested 0.5ml and maybe a lip blush.....costing less). I went to get my Russians done for my engagement/21st birthday I never get my lashes done unless itโ€™s a special occasion (Saturday 17th February) le...anna is a lovely person to talk to she made me feel so comfortable I loved my experience theirโค๏ธ However when I got home my lashes already started to fall out I messaged her about this she said she would do me a free Infill on Tuesday i thought to myself this is so kind of her to do that as I know sheโ€™s so busy! A few days went by and more of my lashes were coming out I had never experienced this before she stated it was because of me wearing makeup I asked for half of my money back or to put a fresh set in for free. she didnโ€™t like that baring in mind I only had makeup on my skin and not my eyes as I knew I had an appointment to go to Sun - Monday- Tuesday A few days went by and more of my lashes were coming out I had never experienced this before I didnโ€™t expect to have an infill so soon they should last 2 weeks I said I canโ€™t do Tuesday how about Wednesday she said yes and then she mentioned she had something planned that day I couldnโ€™t do any other day due to kids being of for holidays and getting a new puppy. I asked for half of my money back or you put a fresh set in for free? Answer was no I only had makeup on my skin and not my eyes as I knew I was getting my lashes done Iโ€™ve wore make up to a lash appointment before and never had this issue Show more

Hi lovely .. I do write on my instagram page to come makeup free no matter if itโ€™s on the eyes or skin itโ€™s still oils that cause lashes to drop out. Oils and lashes do not mix well, I offered you a free infill on the Tuesday however you couldnโ€™t make it which is out my control.. you asked for Wednesday however this day I was in Newcastle on my clinic day . Also when coming to the appointment you asked me to tick you free things, which I canโ€™t do on my buisness I donโ€™t even do so for my family .. really donโ€™t think itโ€™s fair to write such a review when I offered a infill free but only on the Tuesday as more and more would drop out meaning it costs me more stock when my current clients get 3 weeks out of sets and your the only one to have some fall out which is due to the makeup as my other clients come with a clean base to work on.
