When you arrived the cat was outside and you were stroking him as you were early. I opened the door and ushered him straight into the main house where he is allowed. He was not crawling all over the bed as he is simply not allowed too. You did explain about your hairs being fair and I said that fairer, shorter, finer hairs were not always easy to pick up with the wax. You explained the dissatisfaction you had with other waxers in not being able to remove this hair. You made other comments which were red flags to me about what your expectations were. Due to this I spent double the amount of time I normally would on your legs, using double the amount of product. I spent time with you at the end thoroughly investigating your legs together to ensure I had got everything to your satisfaction. I have never done this with any other client before. You went away happy, with future appointments booked. As soon as you left I knew I wasn’t the waxer for you. Your expectations are completely unrealistic. I saw a message from you this morning and straight away seized the opportunity to not be your waxer. I refunded your future appointments and said I was not the waxer for you. At this point you started wanting a refund for the legs which I declined. I have messages where you say you were pleased with your Hollywood and underarms. I spent so much time & product on your legs, but there isn’t a waxer out there who can lift every single hair. I am confident in my ability and work.
