Hi, sorry for your unhappy experience. When booking our services we require you to arrive on time. OAP stands for Old Age Pensioners and not for young adults. We realised you booked the wrong service and also arrived very late, however, we still decided to give you a haircut as customer satisfaction is our main priority. Your specific request was for the haircut to be quick which is why you may feel that the haircut is rushed. Us at HP11 take care of every client and respond to every request, if a quicker haircut is what is requested, we will attempt provide that service as best as possible. At HP11 we ask every client whether they are happy with their haircut, if not, that should be the time to mention it, our barbers will then respond to your requests in the moment until you are satisfied. We attempted to contact you for your unhappy experience to attempt to resolve your issue, however, you did not reply. Thank you for your understanding.
Haircut & Beard + hot towel

Unfortunately, they double booked and the barber (not the owner) rushed. I was booked in and paid for a 55 minute haircut, bread trim and hot towel. I... recieved a 25 minute haircut and trim with no towel and - though never necessary - wasn't even shown the back of my head with the mirror all so the barber could fit in the person who texted (I assume a regualar) for their full cut. The cut and trim were fine but I'm leaving this review as when I said to the main guy it was a bit rushed he debated that I had come early but that didn't change the fact it was still 30 minutes short and lacked the service offered. Don't use booksy and texts to book just use one. Show more

Booked for 9am, staff didn't know anything about it and someone else had booked the same slot. Another woman had booked 9:30 for her son, staff didn't... know it and she had to complain to get a 9:45 slot and someone had to leave their seat so her son could have their hair cut. We both paid a £4 premium to guarantee our slot but the app and bookings is managed by the manager from his home who just approves anything to bank the money and the poor staff have to deal with the mess and disgruntled customers. Staff/Barbers are excellent and deserve better. Hair cuts are brilliant, business is run poorly. Show more
