I was happy with the hair cut and the beard trim/shape up. The only negative for me would be that fact that his mate was sat in the chair next to me... chatting absolute shit to Tom while he was doing my hair which I felt took his attention away from offering a personable service, to focus on my hair cut. Instead I had someone wittering in my ear talking rubbish. This put me off otherwise I’d quite happily have had my hair cut by Tom every week. Show more
