Not one to usually write reviews, I have decided to for the following reasons: ⁃ The experience was amazing- I came in for the posture correction, a...nd came out feeling a different, more confident man. ⁃ Ali made sure he wasn’t ever exerting pain and was constantly making sure I was ok whilst still pushing the limits of my body. ⁃ despite coming slightly late to the appointment, Ali still made sure he covered all bases and spent the time making sure I was happy with the service before I left. ⁃ all in all, not one bad thing to say about Recovery Focused Therapy, I didn’t know what to expect when I came in, but it definitely exceeded any expectations I could have had. If you have been wanting to do this for a while or have certain pain points, then I suggest you go ahead and book a session with Ali, rather than delaying it like I did, because it definitely is beneficial. I believe he also has a variety of other services such as sports massages and cupping, if that’s what you’re looking for. Show more

I had a posture correction done and i can honestly say it has improved my confidence when i look in the mirror having a straight b...ack and has given me better range of motion in my shoulders. You guys have absolutely no idea of how much this man has done for me in the past 6 months Alhamdulillah!!!! He has regained my posture, all the stres...s on my back and shoulder gone… just like that… prevented me from injuring my shoulder more, trust me if I didn’t see Ali regarding my shoulder I wouldn’t be playing right now, that’s how bad it would have been so I’m extremely thankful to him.
