I had reduced mobility in my shoulders after a lot of heavy boxing training. I came to see Callum and he managed to find and identify several knots an...d trigger points within the area which were the causing the problem. A friend of mine recommended Callum and he did not disappoint. Super easy/quick to book an appointment on the day, location easy to get to and massage... 10/10. I had really knotted back and he worked through it using different techniques (massage, cups, trigger point release). He explained everything he did in a very calm, professional way and really worked hard to release all the knots. I regained a lot of mobility after one session which was amazing. He's very polite, kind and made me feel very comfortable. Cannot recommend him enough. Show more
