Booked in for lashes for my birthday and texted saying I booked in for the day after and asking for brow wax prices etc, she proceeds to tell me she i...s away on holiday and I explained I paid a deposit and if she’s unable to do them if she can send it back when she can. I didn’t hear back for about a week which was fine as I knew she would be enjoying her holiday when she got back I texted again & she texted back eventually saying she will send it and asked me to send my details which I did she then stops opening my messages altogether which had me confused as I was nothing but respectful and waited patiently. seen she posted on her story and I replied asking for an appointment to save her from sending deposit back again she never opened my message yet hours later the appointment was gone. It’s near Christmas and still no deposit has been sent back..fair enough if it was me that couldn’t make the appointment but it was her mistake as she never took it off on Booksy it shouldn’t have been made available in the first place to book since she was on holiday. Didn’t want to have to leave this review but I’m just disappointed by the treatment I have gotten getting left on seen and not getting my deposit back clearly no regard for her clients or their health this has stressed me out the past couple Weeks so much, so save yourself the hassle and book else where.
