Got these done yesterday, done them exactly how I wanted however didn’t glue to me actually eyelashes as was falling out within 15 minutes of having t...hem done. And having to go to someone to refill. ( I was late yes but you said you had plenty of time so there wasn’t any need to rush. I said I was happy with them which I am the only thing was it wasn’t on me eyelashes and was falling out within 15 minutes what shouldn’t happen.) Show more

You turned up to your appointment 30 minutes late Please don’t criticise someone’s work when you arrive 30 minutes late into an appointment and i fit you in out of good heart. You left the appointment more than happy (in your own words), if you had been unhappy id of been more than accommodating to fix them for you in good time. The heat was 28°c as most lash techs know it’s difficult for your glue retention, if you had given me a message we could of resolved the issue when the temperature was cooler.
