I've been going to this guy for the longest but over time the service has just gotten worse and worse. Since the beginning he advertised hot towel etc... but never provided it saying next time next time even though it was included in the service and now suddenly his prices have gone up and this is an “additional service". Also his prices change like the weather. Be consistent with your service & prices it's not about money it's about principle. I’d happily pay the same price if not more elsewhere as long as I’m treated fairly and receive the service offered. Show more

Nowadays..seems likwle anyone can open a barbershop. Booked appointment which said you get haircut and beard, face mask, hot towel, massage and ear fi...ring. I did not get any of that..when asked, he goes we aren't doing it. Then why your advertising then? The barber barely spoke ANY English..why are you cutting hair? At this pont, i was in 2 minds bur still gave him cnance.. After coming home and washing hair, I realised how dead the hair cut was. To add insult to injury, he charges me £40 for the hair cut, even thought it's advertised as £29.99..telling me.its Eid price. Uou arsn'r even a Muslim..how sickening. Anyway, never again..🤮 Show more
