Callum, if you wanted it abit shorter you could have just asked.!! Cam was already behind with your appointment because you took a call just before it which he politely sat and waited whilst you finished. As for the loud music, we try not play it overly loud but it is a big shop, also we like music to work to. We're obviously not what you're looking for in a barbershop, there is £10 cut one up the road I'm sure you'll fit in fine there 😁
