Excellent customer service. I booked to get lash extensions a few weeks ago and then decided yesterday to book my nails in too. However online it was ...only showing a nail appointment at 9:30am meaning I’d have a gap between appointments. On arrival for my nails I mentioned I’d be back later for my lashes and Kelsie went out of her way to rearrange my appointment so I could get my lashes done straight after.
