Lauren was very attentive, taking time to understand my hyperpigmentation issues and concerns, and undertook extra research before my treatment to ens...ure it was as effective as possible. Lauren was great at explaining each and every step of the PRP micro-needling process as she went through it, which was very helpful and informative. The PRP micro-needling treatment has made a noticeable difference to my skin in terms of removing dark hyperpigmentation spots and giving a more brighter appearance - very happy with the results 😀 Show more

Lauren talked me through the whole process and I was so happy with the results. I started with baby Botox, but I’ve been back since to have a top up and I’m over the moon!
