I received on of the best customer service I’ve ever had from a lash tech at Lash house Essex. She had the bed warmed up for me upon my entrance, she... was very friendly and warm. She was open to collaborating what I wanted with me, and ensured that I left happy with the work she did. I truly did leave happy. 5⭐️ service and to top it up, she offered me sweets which was a lovely treat alongside the treatment. The location was very cleaned and gorgeous.
