I received on of the best customer service I’ve ever had from a lash tech at Lash house Essex. She had the bed warmed up for me upon my entrance, she... was very friendly and warm. She was open to collaborating what I wanted with me, and ensured that I left happy with the work she did. I truly did leave happy. 5⭐️ service and to top it up, she offered me sweets which was a lovely treat alongside the treatment. The location was very cleaned and gorgeous. I look forward to my next visit! Show more

I have had my lashes done a few years now by different people and Rhiann was far the best. So welcoming, gentle and kind. The heated beds are somethin...g I’ve never had in the years of getting my eyelashes done- and they’re amazing, she turns them on and off whenever I felt too hot/cold. The salon is gorgeous, away from everything and so peaceful. One thing I realise what eyelash techs don’t do is understand when you want to talk or not, with Rhiann, I felt like she understood me well and instantly knew when I wanted to talk or not.
