Booked in but nobody even mentioned my booking and just called up the next person in line. Usually do a decent trim but the booking process needs binn...ing because it doesn’t get stuck to. Show more

Hello Ethan,thanks for your feedback.And sorry for any inconvenience caused today .usually I myself (Ranko) take the booking and I ask "who booked in advance " ?but because i will be a way for 5 weeks and we had staff shortage .my colleague was alone today ,we gonna stop the appointment temporarily in the weekends until i will be back to work .
