Dear Thank you for visiting our shop. We always strive to provide the best service possible and to meet our customers’ expectations. Regarding your recent appointment, you initially selected option number 4, which is for a machine haircut. At no point during booking or upon arrival did you specify that you wanted a scissors haircut. We always follow the customer’s request, and if you had asked for a scissors cut, we would have been happy to provide it—if time and scheduling allowed. Your appointment was booked for 12:30 PM, but you arrived at 1:00 PM. This delay affected the timing and the services we could offer, as we had other customers scheduled. As for the hair wash, we offer a complimentary service where customers can choose between a hair wash or a hot towel. Since no preference was mentioned, we proceeded with the hot towel option. We appreciate your feedback and always aim to improve. Please feel free to let us know your preferences more clearly during booking or before the service starts, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding.
