Awful with a capital A. Booked an appointment which was rescheduled for a day I didn’t want then cancelled, rebooked for the following day, a day that... I could make however no one arrived for the appointment and according to local sources the business has not been operating for sometime!! To make matters worse I’m now two deposits out of pocket!! Booksy the third-party who I actually booked with will not refund me and I cannot speak with the retailer, CM aesthetics directly despite several attempts. I have had no contact from CM aesthetics to tell me today’s appointment would not be made.!!! Show more

Hello Darren, the salon number is on the booksy page we had no phone calls. I do apologise I was not in as you never answered to my prescriber on Tuesday. You deposit got returned Tuesday evening. I can not administrate Botox without a prescription. If you would like to book again that’s fine. Again I do apologise for this.

Booked in for a Botox treatment to reduce my stress headaches induced by squinting. Daily migraines were really getting me down however I felt reassur...ed by Catlin who also suffers from them. Catlin injected all the areas I have previously been treated by healthcare professionals so she knows what she is doing. Booked in next week for a slight adjustment as brows are slightly higher than the treated area, but thats just my preference and more for aesthetics. Great service, will be a regular once the salon is fully open. Show more

Booked the appointment on the Friday to then get a message to say can’t do that appointment so changed for the next day at 11 , went to the appointmen...t had to stand outside for 30 minutes with the shutters down before the women turned up to say there’s no way of getting in the shop until 3 o’clock which I’ve got 2 kids one newborn so the girl had to refund me out of her own pocket Show more

Hello Anna, its Caitlin the owner I am really sorry you had this experience all of our girls are self employed Joanne had only recently started with us doing the eyelashes and does not have keys yet which led to this miscommunication. We offered you a mobile appointment instead as coming to the salon and you declined so we asked could we rebook you also declined this. Joanne gave you a refund while you was with her and she has been paid out via Booksy when you paid. I do apologize for this inconvenience and as a matter I will honour you a free brow lamination and biab or I can give you a free aesthetics appointment to make it up for this misunderstanding and the taxi costs.
