Hi Katrina.
You changed your appt time last minute. You previously had a later slot booked, a time someone else may have only been able to attend. Changing your appt time to suit yourself should not come at a cost to me. You also agree to cancellation/rescheduling terms and conditions in your booking process. You should not be shocked then that when you act against what you agreed to that Booksy will make an exception to only you.
May I also add that I charged cash like I always do at the appt. Cash received from your daughter. You're the one responsible for your daughter's actions on your Booksy account. Booksy also charged YOUR CARD, not your daughters so definitely no children conned out of any sort of payment and if anyone was going to be conned, it sounds like it may have been me should Booksy not have enforced my policy.
And to finish, I don't even receive payment of breaking the cancellation/rescheduling terms till 5-10 working days later and a percentage is removed so out of that £8 we are discussing, I will receive around £7.
I did my part on this, I think this is a simple case of you are unhappy that you actually paid a price for your part.
