I picked one star but to be perfectly honest I would have picked 0 if I had the choice. I was VERY disappointed when I found out that this person “did...n’t even have me booked in” and “didn’t use the app anymore” after confirming my appointment when I booked it and didn’t let me know until the day of my booking. Totally let me down on my 18th birthday. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book. Show more

I had no access to the app so I had no idea of any bookings. The app auto confirms any appointments made. Sorry for any inconvenience it has caused.
