I’d been really struggling with my mental health & my anxiety was through... the roof before my session, I couldn’t focus & was stuck in self sabotage mode. As soon as I walked in the room I felt instantly at ease. The session was completely bespoke and tailored to me. We started with hypnosis & energy healing, followed by mirror work & a banishing & manifesting ceremony! Since my session I’ve felt like a new woman! Ell made me feel seen & supported. The course deepened my connection to Reiki in a way I didn’t expect & has given me so much more confidence in my own energy and healing abilities. From start to finish, from the attunements to even getting to do some hands-on practice, every part of the training felt sacred & intentional. Started my Soulful Shift with Ellie yesterday and got so deep into stuff already. What she’s created with The Soulful Shift course is absolutely one o...f a kind and the space she provides it in is warm, welcoming and gorgeous 🥲 Ell is so pure, genuine, and humble with her work. She provides a safe space to explore the hard stuff you might not want to talk about free from judgement and fear. She coaches without being condescending, and guides without being overbearing. I’ve found a lot of spiritual coaches especially on TikTok etc. seem to want to prove how much they know rather than actually listening and it just makes you feel even smaller. With Ellie it isn’t like that at all. Her insane wealth of knowledge is given softly and from a place of love and care, and when she listens she truly listens. She speaks from experience and tells you what helped her for you to try rather than lecturing. Too often people forget that they’ve been at square one too, Ellie doesn’t. She’s deeply vulnerable in her work and it makes you feel inspired instead of intimated. The handwritten hypnotherapy sessions are a beautiful journey that show you what you need to see whilst still leaving you relaxed and ready to do the work. They feel dreamy and nostalgic, all while providing the gentle nudge you need to send you on your souls journey. A deeply personal journey and she treats it as such by tailoring your sessions to YOU, rather than it being another cookie cutter course. Trough it all Ell gently takes your hand with her calming energy and soothing voice. I can’t wait to see where mine takes me. I’ve left week 1 feeling supported, hopeful, and whole.
