Son was late for an appointment and changed twice, having been a customer since September 2020, won’t be returning. Comments from Rudy’s below are v...alid and I absolutely agree with your policy and understand why this is in place d. However, you didn’t explain to him that he would have to pay for two appointments when he turned up. You completed his haircut and only then told him it was £48. That’s what I don’t agree with. You should have made it clear to him from the outset. Maybe something to think about in future…. Show more

Our simple terms and conditions require appointments to be cancelled three hours before the booking to avoid charges . This customer arrived 1 1/2 hours late with no early notice and was able to rebook for 4pm same day with the same barber therefore booked two appointments with the same barber on the same day 4pm time which our Barber went out of his way to fit him in . We don’t earn by the hour hence why we have to charge for missed appointments and no shows if we didn’t we wouldn’t have a business 10k per year was being lost on such issues . We send out reminders
