I had the most wonderful experience at my serenity moments. Sholeh was very professional throughout the full appointment making me feel relaxed and at... ease. We talked through my problem areas so we could focus on realising tension in my shoulders, back neck & shoulder massage was just what I needed followed by a lovely relaxed facial. The aromatherapy oils used throughout the service really helped to relax the body and mind. Having time to come around with a cold bottle of water was a lovely touch after the treatments finished. I was booked in yesterday and wow what an experience . From the moment I walked in until I left , there was such a positive and welcoming energy. The ...essential oils Sholeh used before she started were incredibly sedative and I closed my eyes and my mind to anything that wasn’t going on in the present . Sholeh really focused on problematic areas of my shoulders rather than simply following a therapeutic routine so it was all tailored around my needs. Truly wonderful experience and I’ll be looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Sholeh if you’re looking for an hour of positivity , resetting mindset or just indulging in a bit of self care (something we all need from time to time).
