I’ve been going to GetWellCuts/BB for over 1 year, and each time it gets worse and worse. I will admit the first haircut I got was not bad, whilst the...re were other times I had to leave with uneven parts of my hair that I had to cut myself at home. After each haircut, I give him the benefit of the doubt, but no longer. Each haircut is extremely rushed, and he doesn’t ask simple questions such as how much hair to leave on top, and cuts as much as he likes. He can fade hair nicely, but definitely cannot cut each type of hair as well as he advertises. The last time I came here, I left looking like a flat top paintbrush. The only benefit of this place is that there is music playing because he wouldn’t say a word from before haircut when he asks for what I would like until after the haircut. I am not someone who likes to complain, but I would be doing anyone who is thinking about coming here a disservice if I didn’t say what I truly think about this place. I for sure am no longer going to come here ever again. I wouldn’t come back here even if it was for free. Do better GetwellCuts/BB. Show more

Hi Matas, it concerns me that you were truly disappointed with the service you received. I try my best with all my customers as seen in all my other reviews, and in barbering it is impossible to please 100% of your clients. But I take the responsibility on my shoulders as I should have communicated better about how much to cut off the top. I would love to offer you some compensation so please get in touch. In the event that you do not end up returning, I hope you do find a barber who can take care of your specific needs. Once again; you’re always welcome to come back for a free service and i will try to break down the consultation further to understand exactly the cut that you want.
