Treatment never went ahead. Therapist walked out of the business earlier in the week without warning. No correspondence before or after, no excuse and... no apology. Extremely poor service. Show more

Didnt turn up so reception had to call to remind them even though i received a reminder on the morning . Treatments seemed rushed and wasnt correct ... im a trained beauty therapist so know how both treatments should be done , this was a birthday gift and i feel far from relaxed . Alot of elements are missing from these treatments. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend. Not enough choice from gel polishes , they were not professional branded and uses mixed brands . Hi. Your comments have been noted. The therapist first conducted a 25-minute back massage on you where the therapist constantly asked how the treatment was going, which you replied very nice and that you enjoyed it. Then, the therapist performed a pedicure with Gel Polish treatment, and at no time did you identify the treatment was not to your liking, and if you were dissatisfied with the treatment you should have make it clear right from the outset. When all the treatments were complete, the therapist requested payment of £65 from you, which you responded, my husband would pay as he is in the pool at the moment. You need to pay up as services were completed. Please pay promptly at the desk. Thank you. The Management
Manicure with Gel Polish

Good attention to detail. It wasn’t quite the full relaxing service I thought it would be, but for the price it’s good value for money. She made phone... call and kept checking phone. The treatment was far more complex than I thought and involved a full service (cuticle work, exfoliation, mask, small massage), but mixed products used and as a therapist myself, products and brands were mixed which isn’t ideal. Took a long time to be treated and health club staff had to go and find her. A good ‘quick’ find if you’re desperate. Edited as not even a week later, manicure is chipped and cracked. Show more
Pedicure with Gel Polish

I booked the appointment and it was showed that it was confirmed. Drove all the way there to find no one there. I rang the number numerous times whils...t I was still at the premises but no answer so I drove back home. The people from the gym also tried calling but there was no answer. He later then called only to tell me they close at 5, not sure then why you would put up your availability on the app if there’s no therapists working after 5. He offered for me to come back at discounted rate the next day. I went there again however I was told they don’t offer soak off service which should be a standard offering for a fee. The choices of the gel polishes was also very limited only about 6 or so. Overall disappointed by the service and annoyed that I wasted a lot of my time when I could have gone elsewhere. Show more

Despite the initial booking being within closing times, we attempted to accommodate you the following day, even though there was a 28-minute delay in your arrival for your 10am appointment, this delay usually results in client cancellations due to other bookings within the day. We provide a wide range of over 20 gel colors available at Dècouvrir, we aim to provide a diverse selection. It's important to note that we do not remove biab or acrylic, and we don't work on previous sets. We are genuinely sorry that your experience wasn't enjoyable.
