Cannot recommend Kieran more! This man knows his stuff and makes sure you get what is needed. After 4 CrossFit comps in 6 week my body was not feeling... great. 2 hours with Kieran and he’s pin pointed my damage in my shoulders and knee, fixed it and educated me on what I need to do! Had a fantastic sports massage by Kieran.I told him about my issues and he found out exactly what was wrong and why I was getting the pain I had. Afte...rwards I felt amazing and the pain in my shoulder has gone and the movement I have is so much better now. He also treated the pain in my knee and told me how to prevent this from happening again when running. Would definitely recommend. Show more

I visited Keiran with a plethora of issues brought on by thoracic outlet syndrome, fully aware I will need multiple visits. Kieran was quick in identi...fying the tightness and imbalances in my back and hips and spent the session breaking down years of stiffness and lack of mobility. The treatment wasn’t pleasant (are any?) but the experience was -Keirans conversation, knowledge and sense of humour made the time (and pain) fly by. I heard about Keiran through recommendations on Facebook, after reading some of the reviews from other clients I immediately booked an appointment. I ...was suffering with daily headaches, neck and lower back pain, which all impacted my sleep. Kieran was welcoming and made me feel at ease, he spoke to me throughout the treatment, explaining about the problem areas ensuring I was ok, and offering breaks if needed. The effects could be felt by the end of the treatment, I could move more freely, especially pressure around my neck.
