The XL Treatment

I've suffered from neck, back and hip pain for as long as i can remember, then started with a frozen shoulder over the last few weeks. I did a 90 mi...n appointment with kieran today , all i can say is WOW !! He asked what was going on, let me explain as best i could and then he got straight to work. I can now move and lift my arm, my hip is no longer hurting and i can move my neck more than I've been able to in a long time . The treatment was intense, a little uncomftable at times, but well worth a little discomfort . My neck still needs more work, I'm booked in for another session and Im looking forward to seeing further improvement . Absolutely amazing and would recommend Knead It to anyone suffering from chronic back / neck issues 🙂 Show more

One week post appointment. After 5+ years of chronic pain, mobility problems and reliance on pain relief I am amazed by the results of the treatment ...Kieran has done. I haven’t needed to take the pain relief for the last few days at all, don’t dread having to move and even day to day tasks have become so much easier, I can finally sleep without a million cushions to prop myself in position. Well what can I say, I was finally a big brave girl and went for my massage after cancelling 2 times previously. Kieran is a top guy, knows what he is... talking about and gets stuck in (literally). Don't get me wrong, it was brutal in some places, but at one point I was quite relaxed. What I can say is if you have any niggles at all get booked in straight away and don't leave it for years like me. Top guy, nice premises and fantastic massage, I am a little tender now but hopefully reap the benefits in the next couple of days. Show more
